The Ceremonial Guard (the Governor General's Foot Guards and the Canadian Grenadier Guards) of the
Canadian Forces bring stirring military drill and music to Parliament Hill.

Toronto - The Cayetanos of San Francisco, Kay and Vikki (nee Narag) and their daughter Avanina, and fellow Ivatan Edat (Perpetua) Domingo (nee Montoya) visited kins in Toronto earlier this month. They also visited Niagara Falls, and kins in Ottawa - the nation's capital - and witnessed The Changing of the Guard.

Thalia or Vikki plans to write a short story about their visit.

Narag-Cayetano is finishing her MBA Program. She is the author of a book - a compilation of true-to-life stories personally experienced or witnessed by the author and her mother, JC Narag.
